Volume in 4to format (cm21x34) of 104 pages entirely typeset by hand in point 20 Caslon type, cut by William Caslon on steel punches in the first half of the 18th century, and cast in the original matrices of the time. 

This type has been in use in Tallone's typographic studio for centuries. In fact, this is the most ancient typographic studio still in activity today, having been founded in the 18th century in Dijon.

Limited and numbered edition of 62 copies printed on pure cotton cream-colored Magnani paper made in Pescia, Tuscany. This is an ordinary copy.

188 copies were printed, of which:

- 100 copies on pure cotton Magnani paper made in Pescia, of which 40 copies include 13 original woodcuts by Mimmo Paladino; 

- 10 copies on pure cotton white Magnani "Veronese";

- 9 copies on handmade Magnani paper, which features a watermark showing a crown;

- 5 copies on pure cotton Fabriano paper;

- 2 esemplari printed on special pure-cotton paper handmade in 1966 in Pescia (Tuscany). After the flood which happened in Florence, this paper was expressly handmade by papermaker Silvio Vezzani for the restoration of the ancient books damaged by the mud.
