A booklet (17x28 cm) of 40 pages typeset by hand in pt 12 Garamond and Tallone types, letterpress printed in 73 copies on Italian cotton paper. With a woodcut by Edoardo Fontana, printed on Japanese paper and applied on the page facing the frontispiece.
Women are a constant presence in Campana’s writings. Their love often unreachable, an improbable Chimaera, which gives the title to the collection.
